Six Pack

From their first days singing cadences in military formation at o-dark-thirty during Cadet Basic Training in 1989, the members of Six Pack have found strength and unity in music. The catchy name for this six-member group also represents their connectedness. As vocal ambassadors, Six Pack formed a bond with their Army mates and with each other that is rooted in the warrior ethos. As cadets, they entertained America.

Across more than three decades as a group, Six Pack has sung for Academy and Olympic events, members of Congress, and Presidents. They opened dozens of sporting events with the National Anthem, appeared on nationally televised programs, and traveled as a specialty group of the West Point Glee Club for more than 50 performances.

What began as a college singing group became a vibrant musical partnership across each member’s career as an officer in the United States Army. The members of Six Pack have led in peace and fought in war. These soldiers and their loving families have endured deployments to more than a dozen countries.

Among the group are Airborne Rangers, Chaplains, Aviators, and leaders in the Military Intelligence, Signal, Logistics, and Infantry branches of the Army. Collectively, they span 162 years of uniformed service.
